​I am dedicated to making sure that each one of you are satisified with every purchase. If you are not completely happy, I will do my best to make it right for you. You can contact me through email with any questions or concerns you might have.

Privacy and Policies

Ordering Policy:

  • When ordering, you will have the choice of free local pickup or having your items shipped right to you for an additional cost. 

    • Local Pickup:​ you will receive a notification when your order is ready to be picked up​​

    • Shipping: your items will be shipped within 3-5 business days 

Return Policy:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will have 14 days from receiving your order to return it. For items to be eligible for a return, they must be in the condition that you received them. They must be unworn, have the tag still attached and they must be free of any odors or pet hair. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item. If you would like to return an item, please email thesaltyblondellc@gmail.com for further instructions. 

  • If you receive any items that are damaged, please take a picture of the items along with the packaging as soon as you get them and include them in the email.
